Return & Refund Policy
Medications are eligible for return if:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original, unopened, and tamper-proof packaging
- Accompanied by original order confirmation
- Returned with prepaid shipping label (if applicable)
Medications are NOT eligible for return if:
- Packaging has been opened or tampered with
- More than 30 days have passed since delivery
- Product shows signs of damage or mishandling
- Medication has expired
- Contact our customer support at support@medlean.com with your order number
- We will review your return request and provide return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with tracking
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
Defective or Damaged Items: We cover return shipping
Customer-Initiated Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Amount: Full product refund minus return shipping cost (for customer-initiated returns)
Wrong Medication Received
Contact us immediately. We will provide prepaid return shipping and send the correct medication at no charge.
Damaged During Shipping
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace the medication or issue a full refund.
Medical Reasons
If you cannot take the medication due to medical reasons, consult your healthcare provider and contact us. Returns may be approved with physician's note.
We guarantee that all medications are authentic, FDA-approved, and stored properly. If you receive expired or damaged medication, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
